Setkim USA supplies aerosols under your brand: car care, marine care, technical sprays, adhesives and more. Every can is formulated, filled and labeled in our own IATF 16949 certified plant, with a 6,000-unit minimum per product and production in 4–6 weeks after label approval.

What you decide, what we handle
You control how the product looks and smells. We control what happens on the filling line.
- Artwork. Your design is printed directly on the tinplate can, not applied as a paper label. We check the copy against US label requirements before printing.
- Fragrance. On scented products, pick the scent that fits your range.
- Cap and actuator. Choose the cap and the actuator for each product. The actuator sets how the product sprays.
- Formula. Use a stock formula as it is, ask for an adjustment, or send your own for contract filling.

Compliance for US aerosol sales
Aerosols are regulated on what is inside the can and where it is sold. We prepare the paperwork before the goods move.
- TSCA. Every chemical substance in our formulations is listed as active on the TSCA Inventory.
- State VOC limits. Tell us where you sell and we match the formula, including low-VOC versions for regulated states.
- SDS. A US-format Safety Data Sheet comes with every product, including the transport classification your freight forwarder asks for.
- Label review. We review your label copy so hazard statements and contents match the SDS.
One plant, certified
Formulation, filling and labeling happen under one roof in Tuzla, Istanbul, under eight management system certificates including the automotive supplier standard IATF 16949.
Private label aerosol questions
Do you only make automotive aerosols?
No. Automotive is our largest range, but we also fill marine care products, fast-bonding adhesives and other specialty and industrial aerosols. Ask us about the product you have in mind.
What is the minimum order for private label aerosols?
6,000 units per product. Liquid car care products start at 2,000 units.
How long does production take?
4–6 weeks from the day you approve the label. Transit time is added on top and depends on the shipping terms agreed in your quote.
Can I test the product before ordering?
Yes. We send samples together with the Safety Data Sheet so you can evaluate performance and review the documentation first.
Can you fill my own formula?
Yes. If you already have a formula we fill, crimp, gas and pack it as a contract filling project, quoted individually.
Are the aerosols suitable for sale in the United States?
Every chemical substance in our formulations is listed as active on the TSCA Inventory. VOC content is matched to the states you plan to sell in, so tell us your markets at the start.
Where are the aerosols made?
In the Setkim Kimya plant in Tuzla, Istanbul, which has manufactured automotive chemicals since 2005. You buy from Setkim USA Inc., a Florida company, in US dollars.
Is my design printed on the can or applied as a label?
It is printed directly on the tinplate can. Printed cans look cleaner on the shelf than labeled ones and the artwork does not peel or wrinkle.
Can I choose the actuator and the cap?
Yes. You select both for each product. The actuator determines the spray pattern, so we recommend options that suit the formula and you make the final choice.
Who owns the brand and the artwork?
You do. The brand name, logo and can design belong to your company. We print them only for your orders.
