Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
6,000 units per aerosol product and 2,000 units per liquid product. Contract filling of your own formula is quoted per project.
How long does production take?
4–6 weeks after you approve the label. Transit time depends on the shipping terms agreed in your quote.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send samples with the Safety Data Sheet so you can test first.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. Setkim USA works only with businesses: brands, distributors, retailers and car wash operators.
Products and customization
What products can I private label?
Car wash soaps and snow foam, wheel and tire products, interior cleaners, glass care, waxes and ceramic sprays, engine care, air fresheners, brake cleaners and technical sprays. See the product list.
What can I customize?
On liquids: bottle, cap, color, fragrance and label. On aerosols: the printed can design, the cap and the actuator.
Is aerosol artwork printed or labeled?
It is printed directly on the tinplate can.
Can you fill my own formula?
Yes. See contract filling.
What is the difference between private label and contract filling?
With private label you choose one of our ready formulas. With contract filling you supply the formula and we fill and pack it.
Compliance and company
Are the products suitable for sale in the United States?
Every chemical substance in our formulations is listed as active on the TSCA Inventory. Formulas are matched to the VOC limits of the states you sell in, and each product comes with a US-format Safety Data Sheet.
Where are the products made?
In the Setkim Kimya plant in Tuzla, Istanbul, which has manufactured automotive chemicals since 2005.
Who do I buy from?
Setkim USA Inc., a Florida company wholly owned by Setkim Kimya. You are invoiced in US dollars.
How are shipping terms handled?
Shipping terms are agreed with you at the quote stage.
