Already have a formula? Setkim USA fills, crimps, gasses and packs it in our own plant, prints your artwork on the can, and keeps batch records for every run. Each project is quoted individually.
What a filling project includes
You keep the formula. We run the line.
- Filling, crimping and gassing. Done on our own aerosol lines, not subcontracted.
- Printed cans. Your design printed directly on tinplate.
- Cap and actuator. Selected with you to suit how the product should spray.
- Packing. Cans packed and cases marked ready for shipment.
- Batch records. A record for every production run.
Private label or contract filling?
Both end with your brand on the can. The difference is whose formula is inside.

Contract filling questions
What is the minimum for contract aerosol filling?
Contract filling is quoted per project. The minimum depends on the formula, the can and the components, so we confirm it in your quote.
What do you need to quote a filling project?
The formula or its Safety Data Sheet, the can size you want, the quantity per product, the states you sell in and your artwork if it is ready.
Do you also print the cans?
Yes. Your artwork is printed directly on the tinplate can, and you choose the cap and the actuator.
How is this different from private label?
In private label you use one of our ready formulas. In contract filling the formula is yours and we fill and pack it. Many customers use both in the same range.
Can you fill liquids in bottles as well?
Yes. Tell us the product and pack size in your quote request and we will confirm.
How long does a filling run take?
Timing is confirmed in your quote once we have reviewed the formula and components.
